Power Couple at the Top their Game in Management Recruiters Inc.

While continuing to serve in the Army Reserve, LaCarole co-owned a successful executive recruitment firm with her husband, Len Faulkner, under Management Recruiters Inc. Their office rose to national prominence, ranking in the top 10 out of 600 MRI offices. As an African American power couple and one of very few minority owned franchises, Len and LaCarole were the only office at the time specializing in diversity recruitment, a focus that fueled their massive success. Their achievements earned them national recognition and honors at one of MRI’s highest-level leadership conferences.
