Second Pregnancy and Leading with Purpose

While seven months pregnant with her second child, LaCarole transitioned from company command to a staff leadership role. She was assigned to lead a team of trainers, continuing to teach classes and mentor others as part of the Army’s personnel operations. Her commitment to leadership never wavered as she carried out her duties with strength, presence and purpose.
